What it does
ScoreNotch provides gamification on Salesforce sales, service, and Experience Cloud. It assigns points for adding or changing records on standard and custom Salesforce objects according to predetermined criteria. Users can earn badges, and the app displays completed missions in a recognition list as well as all missions for users. Reputation levels are defined by users’ earned points and can include a name, point range, and image.
