What it does

Brings OneCloud's phone functions into Salesforce so users can make and manage calls without leaving the platform. It supports making, receiving, transferring, holding, and parking calls, along with call queue status management for call center agents. Users can click phone numbers in Salesforce, display screen pops for matched numbers, and log calls with relationships to contacts and related objects. Calls answered on other OneCloud devices can also be logged in the background, and the softphone can start configured Salesforce Flows with the other party's phone number.
