What it does
Team Alerts sends custom messages to selected Jira project users or an entire team by email, in-app notification, or both. Alerts can link to a specific issue and include attachments. In-app alerts use @mentions on an issue, allowing recipients to receive Jira bell notifications and follow their Jira notification preferences.
