What it does
Issue Events Mailer sends email notifications whenever a Jira issue event is fired. Administrators configure projects, issue types, priorities, and recipients through an admin interface. The add-on can notify people who are not Jira users about selected issue events. It requires checking that target workflow transitions fire the relevant issue events.
