What it does
AVC Slice removes a specified thickness from selected flat or curved solid surfaces without requiring a cutting plane or supporting construction. It can process multiple contiguous surfaces, join slices from connected surfaces into one solid, or save separated fragments as individual solids. Surface color and material can be transferred to cut solids, with optional layer and material assignment. The command supports repeated operations, command-line settings, macros, and up to nine slice styles.
