What it does
This Jira post-function assigns issues according to selected rules. It can select the person with the fewest assigned issues, the lowest workload based on remaining estimate, or the smallest sum for a custom number field. Another rule assigns an issue to its previous assignee, and possible assignees can be limited to user groups.
