What it does
The integration can create Jira issues when Pipedrive deals meet configured conditions, including being added, reaching a selected stage, or becoming won. Deal value, stage, contact details, and activity notes can be included in the issue. A sidebar shows deal information when an issue is opened. Changes move in both directions: Jira status changes become Pipedrive activities, while Pipedrive changes are added to Jira as comments.
