What it does
The add-in pins Jira comments in a separate issue-view tab and places pinned attachments at the top of the attachment box. Jira administrators can control who creates, deletes, or modifies pinned comments and attachments. Pinned comments can have colors, be copied, or be unpinned. A Last Comment custom field displays the latest comment in issue views and the issue search screen, while JQL functions find issues with pinned comments.
