What it does
The add-on shows assets associated with an issue reporter inside Jira Server tickets. Agents can associate a particular asset by placing its @BARCODE in a comment or description. Asset records can be edited from Jira Server, and the asset fields displayed there can be selected. A link provides access to Oomnitza for asset management, and a paid Oomnitza subscription is required.
