What it does
Nest2D arranges 2D profile shapes on stock sheets for cutting preparation. It imports DXF files, Inventor sheet metal flat patterns, and rectangular profile data from Excel. Users can process multiple part sets and sheet sizes, adjust part orientation and spacing, and generate nesting reports, material lists, and DXF output. The web application supports general, strips, and sawing nesting modes.
