What it does
Narrador turns information and related artefacts for an entity into an interactive timeline. It can summarize individual events and the entity's overall journey, while allowing selected interactions and relationships to appear in the view. Narratives can begin with standard objects, Industry Solutions, or custom objects, and diagrams can be exported as PDF or PNG. An Agentforce extension can estimate event importance, create summaries, and produce a brief from the visualization through agent actions at no additional cost for licensed Agentforce users.
