What it does
Inbox Search finds Outlook messages from plain-language descriptions, even when the query does not repeat the wording in the message. It combines meaning-based matching with exact-term search and offers filters for people, folders, attachments, dates, quoted text, and excluded terms. Mail is indexed in the browser with a local model, and results can be ordered by relevance or date. The add-in works with Outlook for Windows, the web version, and Outlook for Mac.
