What it does
IdeasPro provides idea management features in Salesforce. It maps community accounts to ideas they created, liked, or commented on, and blocks configured profane words in ideas and comments. The add-in can merge duplicate ideas, suggest existing ideas and articles before a new post, and notify subscribers when an idea is created or updated in a subscribed category. It also supports multiple attachments, vote- or comment-based status updates, and zone-based admin settings.
