What it does
Moderators can select one or more Crowdicity ideas and create Jira tickets from them. The workflow includes selecting a ticket type and destination project. Updated ideas can send revised text to their existing Jira tickets. Crowdicity displays each idea's Jira ticket status and links to the ticket in Jira.
