What it does
Gems Pulse Estimate generates an original estimate for a Jira issue using a connected Google Gemini API key. It can run from the issue menu or automatically when an issue is created, writing the estimate to Original Estimate. Each result includes hours, confidence, reasoning, and a proposed task breakdown, with an option to create sub-tasks. The API key is stored encrypted on Atlassian Forge, and issue data is sent to Gemini when an estimate runs.
