What it does
Certinia Staffing Agent finds replacement resources when an assigned resource is unavailable and can retrieve all assignments for a resource. It matches resources to work using criteria such as region, practice, group, role, skills, skill levels, and availability. Natural-language requests can reassign resources, swap resources for future work, or split in-flight assignments while preserving existing billing. The agent uses Certinia data through Agentforce Topics and Actions and honors user permissions through the Einstein Trust Layer.
