What it does
Adds a Generate Session Key button to Force.com object detail screens. The button creates a key and URL that an end user can use to begin a Remote Support session with a representative. During the session, the technician can view the device screen, operate the system, and troubleshoot it. Afterward, the object detail screen receives the chat transcript, system information, session details, and technician notes. Remote support data and post-session survey results can also be imported into Force.com applications.
