What it does
Appointment Scheduler uses Salesforce Calendar events to display the available times of selected resources. A single appointment can include up to five people, with one person assigned as host, and creates an event in each selected resource’s calendar. The event identifies the host and participants. Scheduling is available from 6 AM to 8 PM in the logged-in user’s time zone, with availability based on Lightning Calendar sharing settings.
