What it does
Timeline displays related records from any object in a timeline on Salesforce record pages. Unlike the standard timeline component, it can show related objects beyond tasks, events, and emails. Configuration uses custom objects and a Salesforce Flow, with quick actions for calls, tasks, events, and email. Icons and displayed fields can be customized, and external IDs support migration between Salesforce orgs.
