What it does
ResponseVault converts PDF and Excel forms into mobile forms for field deployment and can also create forms from images. It captures signatures, photos, GPS coordinates, barcode scans, and other submission data, while Autodesk data can populate project fields. Forms can use multi-step approvals, notify staff about required actions, and update records in Autodesk Construction Cloud. Modified submissions generate a new PDF for upload to the Documents tool, while form data is saved in JSON for reporting.
