What it does
Pro+Activities lets users define templates for appointments, cases, tasks, and logged calls against specific Salesforce records. Templates can include merge fields containing data from Salesforce records. Users can run one or more templates on Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity records to create multiple activities at once.
