What it does
Phone Validation retrieves data from RealPhoneValidation in real time, through scheduled batches, or through an Apex Action. It returns connected or disconnected status without dialing the number and displays national and state do-not-call status. The add-in also provides phone type and carrier information. Validation data is stored in a Salesforce custom object for reporting, with support for Account, Contact, Lead, and other standard or custom records containing phone numbers.
