What it does
Nimble Contacts brings Nimble CRM information into Microsoft Teams chats and channels. It combines Microsoft 365 contacts, communication histories, email inboxes, calendar activities, contacts from nearly 200 SaaS business apps, and social media connections. Contacts can be searched in the database, and profiles can be created from contact information and interaction history. The add-in supports contact sharing, meeting agendas, follow-up tasks, and meeting notes, and requires a Nimble CRM account.
