What it does
LocateInRoom assigns a Revit element to a room and records the room number and name in a selected text project parameter or the instance Comments parameter. It can process elements from the current project or view, or filter them by category, family, type, or individual element. Linked rooms can be used to assign room information to elements in the current project. Elements outside a room are assigned to the nearest room.
