What it does
Performs search-and-replace operations on published and draft Salesforce Knowledge articles. Searches can target selected fields, article record types, and publication status, and can include content and HTML markup in rich text fields. A search-only mode shows the scope before substitution, while published articles are republished as new versions after replacement. Source articles and translations are supported.
