What it does
iTools State/Country Validation checks State and Country information in Salesforce address records for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Contracts and Users. It runs in the background when address information is added or changed, and can also process existing records in a batch. A custom view supports inspection and correction of invalid entries. The add-in can apply organization-selected names and formats, fill missing country values, and add an ISO country code when the country value is valid.
