What it does
Track.DIDO lets chauffeurs sign and document sales shipment documents and add photos using a device with a camera and internet connection. No app or account is needed; the chauffeur scans a QR code printed on the document layout. Data returns to Business Central, and a copy of the merged document can be sent automatically by email to the customer as proof of delivery. An online dashboard shows which documents are signed and provides information about delivery route progress.
