What it does
The cloud app synchronizes information between Chempax and Salesforce, with ERP-to-CRM, CRM-to-ERP, and two-way options. Supported data covers customer and contact records, billing documents, orders, payments, product and pricing information, stock, bills of materials, serials, and warranties. Newly created Salesforce accounts and opportunity or order records can be sent to Chempax as AR customers and sales or invoice records. The app supports Chempax, Chempax C/S, and Chempax VB.
