What it does
The add-on provides checkbox, checkbox-list, and checkbox-radio macros for Confluence pages. Checkbox-list can set an associated page label only when all its checkboxes are checked. The add-on can record and optionally display the user name and date for each click. A checkbox can set or clear an associated page label.
