What it does
The integration sends a group Account, current employee census, and Policy information from Salesforce to Ease to create a new group. Existing group information can also be loaded from Ease into Salesforce. Elections made online in Ease are created in Salesforce as Member Transactions linked to the relevant Contact and Policy records. Related workflow tasks are created and assigned to the person responsible for communicating elections to insurance carriers.
