What it does
Allocatus Viewer makes Microsoft Project plans available through Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook. A project manager sends plan data from a .mpp file or Project Online through the Allocatus menu. Team members can then view the plan, including relevant deadlines and tasks, as a Gantt chart. Every viewer needs an Allocatus Cloud subscription, while publishing requires an add-in for Microsoft Project.
