What it does
Agile ConnectLink imports and updates Salesforce accounts, contacts, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and selected demographics from Agile’s database. After an initial data comparison with the EdConnect database, matched records receive an Agile identification number. Salesforce admins map fields, set import rules, and choose which source takes priority when updates are available. Updates can then run on a schedule or when an admin clicks a button in Salesforce.
